You know a great way to get really vivid dreams? Eat before going to bed.
Know a great way to have nightmares? Make sure it's Thai food. But Lime Tostidos and peach-pinapple salsa does the trick, too.
No wonder I have trouble sleeping.

Do you ever write down your dreams right when you wake up? It is always hard to wake up enough to write, but is so interesting to read later on when I am much more awake and have forgotten most of the dream.
Tuna Fish works nicely too.
i have the craziest dreams all the time. no matter what i dream. and they seem so real, sometimes i get them confused with real life. although i'm pretty sure i never sank down to the ocean and talked to a shark who i later flattened and folded up into thirds in real life.
What does it mean if your dream is vividly tinted in deep ORANGEs. I mean, VIVID. It was frightening, to say the least. Far worse than Oompa-Loompas up close. I mean, it was BAD.
*shudder.*
its no wonder rhyll had a very vivid dream about me the other night. she always eats before sleeping. you should ask her about it. its hilarious.
